Dlsk-6 Electric Aluminum Wire Double-Card Sealing Machine

This machine is a new generation of aluminum wire dual card punching machine with mechanical transmission structure independently developed by our company. It adopts servo motor, PLC and human-machine interface operation, with accurate action, simple structure, low failure rate, fast speed, and good punching effect. It is an upgraded product of pneumatic dual card. Aluminum wire sealing is used, and the buckle shape is a chicken heart buckle, with a beautiful buckle shape and tight sealing.

This machine can seal and fold 30~60mm nylon film, shrink film, and PVDC film casings. Different casings require replacement of matching molds and aluminum wires for neck folding. This machine can be connected to various quantitative filling machines to form an automatic production line, and can be equipped with dual filling tubes, greatly improving production efficiency.
